- On-Site Support for residential customers located in
Pinellas County will incur travel time by adding one hour of
service. The travel time can be avoided by
making arrangements to meet the consultant in Tampa.

- ON-SITE DIAGNOSTIC: We
will come to your home or office to diagnose
your issue for only $39.99 (NOTE: This
charge will be subtracted from the total amount
of the repair when you let us fix the problem.)

Note: A valid credit card is required for remote support and/or phone
support if you do not have an established account with us.
Remote Support, Phone Support, and On-Site Support are
billed in 1/2 hour increments.
Detailed billing is provided at no additional charge.
Bench rate available for major repairs over 2 hours. Let us repair it in our
office and save $10 per hour.
Cancellation
Policy: Due to the cost of last minute cancellations,
all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
will result in a minimum 1 hour charge for the appointment
as scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
